From our central UK location, we dispatch thousands of parcels across Europe, the Middle-East & Africa. Our systems are fully integrated with a growing selection of couriers, whose services we continuously review to ensure that we are offering the most reliable and cost-effective solution.
In 2015 a market leading Canadian manufacturer, well-established across North America and with rapidly increasing penetration of worldwide markets, invited 3WM to undertake its international warehouse operations. This involved 3PL, inventory management, kit (components) level pick, pack and fulfilment responsibility for Europe, Middle East and African territories.
To serve this requirement we built a wholly bespoke, ISO9001 compliant, scalable, web-based system to efficiently manage: Goods in, Inventory, stock allocation, order placement, pick, pack and dispatch, returns management, billing and reporting. We API integrated this system with 4 international courier networks and built an EDI interface to seamlessly integrate sales orders with the customer’s US based Navision system.
The resulting, end-to-end integrated system gives the customer totally transparent, cross time-zones, visibility and control of orders, inventory allocation and delivery tracking.
We continue to represent this customer, picking, packing and shipping thousands of parcels per year across the world.
