Outdoor Lockers

We were approached by a cleaning service business and were asked to create an outdoor locker space area for staff that would withstand the British weather, all year round.

Utilising our Zenbox Ultra lockers with a green laminated finish front, this range of lockers are fully waterproof and fitted with integral rubber seals on doors and Bisley waterproof cam locks, making them suitable for outdoor usage and in the rain. 

The client had a bespoke shelf installed for the lockers beforehand, so we had to ensure the canopy was fitted at a suitable height to accomodate each locker underneath which was achieved by a site survey before the canopy was manufacutured and fitted to size. 

We turned this project around within the deadline over a 8-10 week period due to the bespoke lockers and canopy that had to be manufactured to size. 

Estate Agents New Offices

The estate agents was based in the Tyneside area and due to open a new branch/building. They were looking for space planning and new office furniture for their new office space and boardroom area.

We initially spoke about requirements around desking, storage, chairs and a boardroom table. After sending wood swatch samples to the client, they opted to go for a grey oak finish for the office furniture to match the new premises' doors. 

The next stage was to produce 2D CAD drawings to plan where everything was going to fit. Once we had agreed on the furniture and quantities, we arranged for our installation team to complete the job to perfection with delivery to each room of choice and a build completed at their offices. 

Our process

  1. The Brief: We will discuss your requirements to get a full picture and understanding of your workspace needs. 
  2. Space Plan: Utilising the latest CAD software we will draw up 2D and 3D room drawings with a proposal of furniture based on your brief.
  3. Quotation: Providing supportive pricing from our manufacturers for your project, you will receive a quotation containing furniture options and specifications for every furniture piece selected.
  4. Delivery of Project: We will deliver and install your new furniture on a scheduled date that is convenient to you and the business, with minimum disruption.
